Frequently Asked Questions
We are given a minimum order of 450 € net purchases per quarter to maintain a 50% merchant discount. However, this requirement is already fulfilled within the first year with the starter set. If it is not possible to reach the 450€ per quarter requirement, in the next year you will automatically be placed in the next lower category, which offers a 40% merchant discount with a minimum purchase of 225 € net purchase.
As part of the Merchant Promise program, we have a minimum purchase order requirement of 100 € per order.
The 50% discount will remain available as long as you meet the minimum order requirement per quarter. However, there's no need to worry because in the first year, you can focus on growing your business without any restrictions.
We do not impose any processing fees. Our pricing structure only includes a minimal shipment fee.
Refunds should be handled by the merchant. However, in the case of any complaints regarding product quality or issues with the products, we will work together with you to address and resolve them.
